Who we are
We are Leovolution Ltd, based in Winnersh, UK. We decide how your personal information is used. Under UK data protection law, that makes us the “controller”.

What we collect
Only what you choose to send us.
When you use a form on this site, it opens your email app with a message addressed to us. If you press send, we receive your name, your email address and anything you write in that email. The site has no database, so the forms don't collect anything else about you.
If you email us in any other way, we receive what you send.
Why we use it
We use your details to:
- reply to you;
- add you to the waitlist and tell you about the January 2027 group;
- send you the free Leak Finder and answer questions about it.
We only use your details for the reasons above. We don't make automated decisions about you.
Our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we need a legal reason to use your information. Ours are:
- Your consent. When you email us to join the waitlist or get the Leak Finder, you are asking us to contact you and agreeing that we can use your details for that. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Taking steps at your request. If you ask about joining the programme, we use your details to answer you and to agree things with you before any contract.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as we need them for the reason you sent them, and no longer.
If you join the waitlist, that means until the group you asked about has opened and we have been in touch, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first. If you become a client, we keep our records for as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
Only us. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Your emails sit in our email account, so our email provider stores them for us. We only share your details with anyone else if the law says we must, or if you are a client and it is needed to do the work. We would tell you first.
Fonts and hosting
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. Google may receive technical data such as your IP address.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log technical data such as IP addresses, your browser type and the pages requested. This helps keep the site secure and running. We don't control these logs.
These companies may handle data outside the UK. Each has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your details;
- stop or limit how we use them;
- withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To ask, email support@leovolution.ai. We'll reply within the time the law allows, which is normally one month. We may need to check it's really you first.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. We'd like the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
