The forms on this site open your own email app with a short message to us. Nothing is sent until you press send.
The programme is agreed separately
You can't buy The SORTED Programme through this website. Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you or us to anything.
Before you pay anything, we agree the programme with you in writing. That agreement sets out what you get, when you get it and what it costs. If anything on this website differs from your written agreement, the written agreement wins.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to set things up well, but we can't promise particular results. What you get from the programme depends on your business, your team, your enquiries and the time you put in.
Nothing on this website is a promise of more enquiries, more bookings or more money.
The setup promise
There is one promise we do make. It is about the setup, which is in our hands. It is written into your agreement.
The only condition: you give us access to your accounts in week 1 and come to the kick-off call. Everything else is on us.
In this promise, “I” means Leslie, who runs Leovolution Ltd. The promise covers the setup only. It is not a promise about sales or results (see “No guaranteed results” above).
Payments
The price of The SORTED Programme is £1,497. You can pay it in one go, or as 3 monthly payments of £549 (£1,647 in total).
We confirm the price, the payment plan and the payment dates in writing when you sign up, and before you pay anything. Any other paid service is also agreed in writing before you pay.
The monthly cost of any software you choose to use is not included. If we suggest a new tool, we explain it, and what it costs, before anything is switched on.
The free Leak Finder
The Leak Finder is a free checklist, for general guidance only. It helps you spot where enquiries, time and money may be slipping away. It isn't legal, financial or other professional advice, and it can't tell you exactly what is happening in your business.
The result lines on the checklist are a rough guide, not a diagnosis. Use your own judgement. We may update or withdraw the Leak Finder at any time.
You are welcome to print it and use it in your own business. Please don't sell it or pass it off as your own.
Our materials
The SORTED Method™, the Leak Finder, this website and the materials we create belong to Leovolution Ltd. That includes the words, templates, checklists, designs and videos.
When you join the programme, you can use the materials in your own business. Everything we set up in your own accounts is yours to keep. You may not copy, resell or share our materials publicly without our written permission.
Limits on our responsibility
We take care over what we write and build. We can't promise that this website is free of mistakes or always available.
We are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the website or the free Leak Finder alone, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. We are not responsible for tools and services run by other companies, such as your email provider, social media or booking software.
Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit. That includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your legal rights as a consumer. The limits that apply to the programme itself will be set out in your written agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. A change applies from that date. It won't alter a written agreement you have already made with us.
The law that applies
These terms, and any disagreement that comes from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you're unhappy about anything, please email us first. Most things can be put right by talking.
